Where we build.
We build across Ontario from a Toronto base. Most projects run through Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Barrie, and Oshawa.
If your town is not on that list, ask anyway. We regularly take work in the communities around them, and we will tell you honestly if a site is too far to run properly.

What areas does Zeybek Construction serve?
All of Ontario. We are based in Toronto, and most of our projects run across the GTA and the Kitchener-Waterloo region. One in-house team covers every site.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. WSIB coverage and liability insurance are current, and licensed HVAC, gas, and electrical work is done by HRAI, TSSA, and ESA credentialed trades. Zeybek is a BILD and CAGBC member and a BBB accredited business. See the credentials in full.
What happens after I reach out?
We reply within 24 hours, book a site visit, and follow up with an itemized quote. From there the project runs on a written schedule with a supervisor on site, from first visit to handover.
Do quotes and warranties come in writing?
Always. Quotes are itemized line by line so you can see where every dollar goes, and every project carries a written two-year workmanship warranty.
