Plain-language privacy.
This page says what the website actually collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. No tracking pixels, no analytics, no ad networks.
What we collect, and when
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, and optionally an email address, phone number, and a message about your project. Browsing the site collects nothing personal from you: we set no cookies, run no analytics, and use no advertising or tracking scripts.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts these pages keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, time). We use them only to keep the site running.
Where a form submission goes
When you press Send, your submission is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-relay service, straight to our email inbox at ogunyaman@zeybek.ca. It is used for one purpose: replying to you about your project. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email inbox while a project is live or under discussion, and are deleted when no longer needed. If you would like your enquiry deleted at any time, email ogunyaman@zeybek.ca and we will confirm once it is done.
Third-party services this site uses
Each of these receives the minimum a browser normally sends (your IP address and the request itself) when its resource loads:
- FormSubmit relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on every page.
- Google Maps loads only if you click "Load map" on the contact page. Until you click, Google receives nothing.
- Unsplash serves one photograph on the homepage.
- Links to WhatsApp and Instagram only involve those services if you choose to follow them.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to ogunyaman@zeybek.ca does any of the three.
